The NWTF Convention & Sport Show - Day 3Calling Championships - The best wild turkey callers in the world compete in the NWTF Grand National Calling Championships in select age groups with different type turkey calls. They give a variety of wild turkey calls. Each contestant takes center stage and a moderator gives them calls to do -- it was Dave Streb the day I saw it. Callers give it their all in front of a large audience, so it is a good spectator event. The judges are in a draped off off area, they can hear each caller, but can not see who is calling or see the audience. (Above: the Team Challenge callers on the competition stage.)

Wildlife
Art always amazes me. I couldn't draw or paint a realistic tree if
it would get me the best buck at Rancho Del Zorro. But artists are a special
breed, they blend imagination, their talent with reality and create a scenario
that communicates for itself. There were dozens of entries in this category
so I took a sampling of pics in different categories. 
Special
NWTF Family Displays - A park area inside the convention that had places
for people to sit down or walk around among mannequins of men, women and
kids decked out in camo and doing wild turkey things. This was very neat.
People
at the show - twelve thousand wild turkey enthusiasts a day make quite
a crowd. Here are pics of some of them.
