Companies in the outdoor industry have noticed that the number of women in the woods is on the rise. They have stepped up to the plate to offer gear especially for women. There are clothing companies that now specialize in hunting clothes for women. There are several products that are available in pink for women hunters who enjoy hunting and prefer a touch of pink to separate themselves from all the brown camouflage. ASAT Camo offers a pink camouflage shirt for women. Knight & Hale Game Calls offers a pink hat for women.
Pink Fusion Vanes.

Many of the pink products kill two birds with one stone. It gives women something to bring into the woods or wear around town that shows that they are hunters and outdoor women. Most of the companies donate a percentage of the revenue from the sales of their pink products to breast cancer research.
Focused in on Breast Cancer is Alpen Outdoors.
Vickie Gardner from Alpen Optics is an avid hunter who joined forces with the National Breast Cancer Foundation. She is offering two models of pink binoculars: a compact 8×25 model and a 10×42 model. “Teaming up with the Breast Cancer Foundation made good sense. We can offer a great product for women who enjoy the outdoors and help find a cure for breast cancer at the same time,” Gardner explained.
Sullivan’s InnerLoc Broadhead is sharp in pink.
Alpen isn’t the only company offering pink products that help cancer research. Scent-Lok donates money to the Susan G. Komen for a Cure Campaign to end Breast Cancer from each sale of their Ladies Series of garments. Innerloc Broadheads offers a pink broadhead. Some of the proceeds from the sales go to breast cancer research.
The number of women heading to the woods has increased in the last few decades which is producing good results. More women are getting outside, more money is going into cancer research and more men are enjoying their favorite pastime with their wives, moms, kids and friends. It goes to show you that even hunting can benefit from a woman’s touch. Maybe a female hunter you spend time with might enjoy one of the products listed above. All of them would make great Christmas gifts.
