Protect Your Rights

    The Second
Amendment of the United States Constitution Bill of Rights states, ?

A well regulated militia being necessary to
the security of a

free State,
the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.?

     Many of you may
ask, why is this being posted to a bowhunting site? Let me explain to you a
severely overlooked point. If you are a bowhunter than you are classified into
a category with many others as a ?hunter?. That being stated, you are looked at
by some very scrutinizing groups and people who disagree with the very outlook
that you may have on hunting and the harvest of game. These groups are large
and very well funded, and hold the intent of taking away your rights and
privileges as an outdoorsman.

     Whether you
bowhunt, rifle hunt, muzzleloader hunt, or otherwise. You need to join forces
with those of us who enjoy our privileges and be a part of an organization of
some kind. At Alpine Archery Inc. we encourage anyone who buys one of our
products to join the NRA. The National Rifle Association is and has gone over
and above to fight for the very freedoms and privileges that we have come to
love and enjoy. Although the NRA is a firearm organization, we at Alpine
Archery support their efforts. There are many other organizations that help the
habitat for wildlife and work to enhance game management, such as Rocky
Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, etc. There are also others who focus
on the shooting sports in particular.

     Take a moment to
reflect on what and who you are. You are a bowhunter. you are an outdoor
sportsman. You are one who enjoys the same forests and game that your
neighboring rifle or muzzleloader hunter does. With this insight, please take
the time to join with those of us who so deeply love the outdoors. It goes much
deeper that just the bows, arrows and firearms. It goes clear to the heart of
what makes this country great. Your freedom! Please be encouraged by this and
be a part of an organization that keeps and protects what we cherish so much,
The Outdoors.
