Vantage Point Above The Roost Area:  Last Fall I hunted across the river from a huge roost area for Wild Turkeys in our area. When the birds fly down many of them fly across the river and begin their day.  On our side a hill runs along the river. I don't want to be too close to the roost trees ... or too far away, so I set up on the top of the hill. From here I can glass the opposite side of the river and keep track of the turkey's movement. Picture #1 was taken 1/4 way down the hill, looking uphill at the blind. Picture #2 is on the hill, from the East side. Picture #3 is a close up of the Blind.(a Double Bull blind).  My next setup is in a Sturt Zone.
