Bowhunter Magazine Article by MR JAMES
My friend MR James has once again proven his experience as a writer with his latest article on Ann Weber Hoyt in "BOWHUNTERS JOURNAL" in the current issue of the magazine.  MR compiled one of the best stories on Ann I have ever read.

His article takes you from Ann's high school days to her recent contribution to the Archery Hall of Fame.  It captures Earl and Ann's story.   It also mentions Ann Clark, another superstar of our sport.  Earl, Ann and Ann are three of the best examples of the type of people that we should all aspire to be in archery. All three exhibited sportsmanship, honor, respect and class.

The article brings you to the current date when Ann announced a huge endowment for the Archery Hall of Fame.  MR James captured Ann Hoyt's story and I hope you will take time to read it.

A fine piece of work by a master.  Hats off to you MR!  A job well done.

Special thanks to my friend Rich Walton at Bowhunting.net for publishing my column on that site.   This is a great website and if you need to promote a new idea or product this is the place!  Advertising rates are very reasonable and the site gets a HUGE amount of hits.

I think Rich said that 500,000 or so would see my article and photo with President Bush.  That's a huge audience.

Thanks for your hard work Rich.  If you would like to reach Rich or get more info on Bowhunting. net you can email him at:  hawk60@comcast.net

Here is the President Bush story.

Rev. Stacy Groscup
I get asked all the time how Stacy is getting along.  I am proud to tell you that at 83 he can still nail the aspirin from mid air with his bow. As a matter of fact, at a recent show this winter he hit mustard seeds from mid air and this is another world record for him!  Yes, he is 83.

Stacy recently sent a letter that I hand delivered to Marc Racicot with the Bush-Cheney campaign.  In the 1980's Stacy appeared in National Ads for the NRA.  He is an outspoken supporter of the NRA and Second Amendment rights in the USA.   Rev. Frank Frye, Stacy, and Ted Nugent all sent letters of support for Mr. Bush.

Stacy is a good man.  A hero, a friend and a second father.  His dad Baptized my dad when he was born.  Funny how God works isn't it??? We need more Stacy Groscups in this country.

So in other words, at 83 Stacy is doing just fine!  He is slowing down some and only doing one or two shows a year now.  He spends time on Magic Mountain with his wife and best friend Marguerite.   What a great man.

18 years ago he tossed a Pepsi can into mid air and challenged me to hit it.  I have been following his lead ever since.... (Except the Mustard Seed bit---he can have that!  )

Well folks, with that I am going to sign off for a few weeks.  Amanda and I are going on a trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and then I head to the King ranch.

Drop me a line at Aspirinbuster@aol.com and when I return I'll email you back.  Until next time, God Bless...
