With State-of-the-Art Equipment

Phase One – More to Come

Archery innovator BowTech® Archery broke ground today on a $2.5 million
expansion to its corporate facilities near Eugene, Oregon.  BowTech CEO and President John Strasheim
personally oversaw groundbreaking of the comprehensive construction project, scheduled
to be completed
in two phases over the next five months.

The first phase will create a
15,000-sq. ft. addition to BowTech?s manufacturing building, designed
to house new horizontal machining centers valued at just under $2
million.  This considerable investment in space and
state-of-the-art equipment will give BowTech improved control over production,
and allow the company to better serve the industry.

?The ability to mill our
machined components in-house will have an immediate positive impact,? said
Strasheim.  ?This will enable us to
operate more effectively and more efficiently, and better respond to the needs
of our dealers even as demand for our products increases.?

Phase Two of BowTech?s
expansion will include a 9,500-sq. ft. addition and remodel of the existing
BowTech Factory Pro Shop.  In addition to
3,800-sq. ft. of remodeled retail space, the new Pro Shop will feature
TechnoHunt? ? a sophisticated digital interactive archery simulator ?
along with a meeting/training center for future BowTech Dealer University
events, local archery club meetings, hunter safety seminars and specialty
classes on outdoor-related skills.  The
enhanced BowTech Factory Pro Shop will feature a 30-yard indoor range with
automatic pop-up and retractable 3D targets, as well as a second story loft for
elevated shooting.

?This expansion moves us
closer to our goal of creating an outdoor enthusiast destination, a place where
dealers can share our marketing vision and visitors can test and purchase the
latest archery technology,? said Strasheim.

BowTech manufactures and distributes
the world?s finest compound bows and archery equipment.  Founded in 1999, Bowtech?s corporate offices
and manufacturing facilities are located on the outskirts of Eugene, Oregon.  Today, BowTech divisions include WaterDog Surface
Technologies formed in December 2003 and Diamond Archery acquired in September
