As a part of the continued growth of their Archery
business, Escalade Sports announced the hiring of Darik Bollig as the new
Manager of Product Development and Mark Wenberg as the new Product Manager for
Archery Accessories for Bear Archery.

Darik Bollig

Mr. Bollig was most recently a Product Development
Engineer for Precision Shooting Equipment, Tucson, AZ, where he helped fabricate
and refine new technologies in the archery industry. His new role at Escalade
Sports involves managing all design engineers and overseeing the development of

Mr. Wenberg comes to Escalade Sports after a successful
term as Product Manager for Precision Shooting Equipment where he was
responsible for Carbon Force Arrow and Top Gun Archery Accessories. At
Escalade, Wenberg will be responsible for Accessory Product Development and
essentially growing Escalade?s archery accessory business.

Jim Allshouse, President of Escalade Sports commented
that, ?Bollig?s experience and focus on quality, reliability, and innovation
plus his passion for the great outdoors will make him a huge asset to the Bear
Archery Team. We believe that Wenberg will be a great asset because of his
extensive experience in every aspect of archery accessories, including concept
design, prototypes, packaging, advertising, and sales.?
