Our
ATC-792 has been touted as the "best built and designed" 35mm scope scope
class. Wait till you see the new ATC1055 full 55mm scope.
The ATC-1055 scope
is a full 55mm with the same successful design innovations as our ATC-792
35mm series. The Scope is built as well with the screw apart easy lens
changes. We even have a step down milling design in the front that
significantly reduces glare.
We have had Pro Shooters
using and making suggestions for design improvements for a year and after
eleven re-configurations -- we have the 1055 ready to go. |
Does
ATC pay attention to quality details?
Yes, we precision
threaded the front end cap and base and machine a special grove to hold
a high compression O ring to positively retain the lens. This threading
is very expensive but we feel the threading is the most important
step. This means there are:
-
no retainer rings
-
no plastic screws
-
no more dropped hex
screws in the field or on the range
-
and this precision threading
also allows instant Lens Swapping without any tools whatsoever.
The ATC-1055 scope is
polished inside and outside. A medium machine cut knurl is put on the scope
surfaces for a positive grip every time - even if you have wet hands or
are wearing gloves. The lens holder is anodized in Black or Silver Clear
and a sensitive bubble level is installed.

I Use Pins In The ATC-1055 Instead Of The Lens?

the lens alone or they are also tapped for 8/32 sight pins.
