Bear Archery, a national market leader in the archery industry has an opportunity for an experienced Product manager to position and grow our established Bear archery product lines.

Your knowledge of sales and marketing techniques will equip you to evaluate demand, inventory and delivery in order to recommend specific actions as promotions, markdowns or adjusting production to optimize inventory turns and meet year-end inventory goals.

As a team member you will travel with sales reps and visit key dealers to assess market trends, gather competitive product information and assess the effectiveness of our programs and promotions.

Successful candidates for this position will possess:

• 4-year degree in Business Management
• 3 to 5 years experience in product management within the archery industry
• Knowledge of archery products and the archery market
• Planning and analytical skills
• Communication skills, both written and oral
• Relationship building and customer service ability
• Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
