Product Development Engineer

Bear Archery, a national market leader in the Archery industry has an opportunity for an experienced Product Development Engineer to continue the heritage of growth through innovation in our Bear, and Carolina Archery product and accessories lines.

     This position offers the unique opportunity for you to combine your well developed engineering skills and practical field experience in the development of new products and the optimization of a full line of nationally branded bows and accessories. As a member of the development team you will be comfortable working in a fast paced, results-oriented, team-based environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on product design and market growth.
 
    Your knowledge of archery products and the archery market will be supported by a four year degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2-5 years of archery design experience and well developed skills in Solid Works or equivalent design software. Experience with Finite Element Analysis would be an asset.
