Packs are no longer the “ruck sack with straps” they use to be. I am amazed at how they continue to improve and the amount of though that goes into the design.

One that really caught my eye was the Badands Hypervent pack. It has a unique design that lets air circulate between the pack and your back. At the same time it is rigid and very comfortable to wear. Pockets are well thought out and placed, pack is very durable yet quiet.

Badlands Hypervent Pack - A quailty pack with pure function everywhere you look

This is how Badlands describes it.
The Hypervent features a new "No Sweat" design with over 1000 cubic inches of air space between the pack and your back which guarantees that you are cool and comfortable all day. This pack closes the gap between the superior carrying ability of an internal frame and the excellent ventilation of an external all-in-one complete package.

Hypervent Suspension reduces heat transfer from the pack to your back.
