COMPACT HUNTING BINOCULAR
Nikon has announced the introduction of a Team REALTREE® compact
roof prism binocular, featuring an ultra wide field of view and in a size
that has bowhunting, deer hunting and turkey hunting written all over it.
The new water resistant binocular features REALTREE's new Hardwoods®
Green HD (High Definition) camouflage that blends extremely well against
a wide variety of backgrounds and is an ideal fit in most hunting situations.
The new Nikon Team REALTREE® compact is available in 8x25 and 10x25
models and offers numerous optical, structural and ergonomic features sure
to get the attention of hunters who value compact size and optical performance.
The Nikon Team REALTREE® compacts were designed with optical performance
in mind. A true wide angle binocular, it has an apparent angle of
view of 65.6 degrees in the eight power model, and a full 65 degrees in
the ten power version. The eight power has an exceptional field of
view of 429 feet at 1,000 yards, while the ten power model possesses a
340 foot field of view. Both models feature 25mm objective lenses,
for exit pupils of 3.1 and 2.5mm respectively. Close focus distance
is 8.25 feet in the 8x model, and 11.4 feet in the 10x version, ideal for
turkey hunting and bowhunting in heavy cover.
The Team REALTREE® compacts incorporate Nikon's precisely ground
and polished lens and prism glass that is meticulously multicoated for
bright, crisp and sharp images in a variety of ambient light conditions.
Both models also feature Nikon's exclusive turn-and-slide rubber eyecups.
This allows comfortable eye placement for a variety of viewers. The
eye relief for both models of the new binocular is 10mm.
Like all Nikon binoculars, the Team REALTREE compacts are protected
by Nikon's 25-year Limited Warranty, as well as Nikon's exclusive No-Fault
Repair and Replacement policy.
