NEW:  Steel Force African Broadhead

These heavy weight heads are designed for the thick hide and heavy ribs of the African giants, the toughest game in the world.
With the addition of the new Steel Force African Series broadhead, Ballistic Archery has again redefined the traditional cut-on-contact style broadhead. These heavy weight heads are designed for the toughest game in the world, the African giants.

The thick hide and heavy ribs of these beasts require not only strength in a broadhead but maximum penetration capability, and the Steel Force African delivers. The head is a low angle 2 blade design available at 210 grains. Each steel blade is razor sharp, .050 in thickness, hardened to Rockwell 50 and 1 inch wide.

The ferrule is constructed of heat treated 418 stainless steel and designed with the smoothest contours to provide perfect flight and maximum penetration. The broadhead is supplied with a Molybdenum Disulfide coating. Molybdenum Disulfide is a naturally occurring mineral that is one of the slickest substances known to man. When used with Ballistics 'Black Heart' arrow weighting system total arrow weights of  700 to 800 grains can easily be achieved.

Not everyone will need a broadhead strong enough to take elephant or rhino, but for those that do the Steel Force African is up to the task. They are available at your local pro shop or by contacting Ballistic Archery. "Cut Through The Bull:- use Steel Force. Free lifetime resharpening is offered on all Steel Force broadheads.
