Pearson Buzz BusterTM

The new VIB-X System from Ben Pearson Archery has been proven to remarkably dampen noise and vibration on today's bows.
The new Buzz Buster (TM) (patent pending) from the Ben Pearson Archery innovation lab eliminates virtually all noise and potentially damaging vibration in your bow by immediately halting the oscillation of the bowstring in the split second following your release.

"Now you can say 'Goodbye!' to after-market string silencers," says Pearson R&D Director Roger Templeton. "Anything tied on your bowstring reduces arrow speed -- especially if it absorbs moisture -- and our new Buzz Buster accomplishes everything that tie-on string silencers do and more: reducing vibration, reducing noise, increasing arrow speed and halting bowstring oscillation."

The new Pearson Buzz Buster slips on your cable rod and tightens with a single hex screw.

The new Pearson Buzz Buster (TM) (pat. pend.) can help you shoot at a new level because it virtually eliminates all vibration and noise following a shot by stopping bowstring oscillation. It is lightweight and adjustable. It attaches on high or low mount cable rods and, in addition to all its other benefits, actually increases the speed of your arrow!

"It's lightweight, adjustable and works with high or low mount cable rods," Roger Templeton says. "You just position it on the rod in contact with your string when the bow is at rest. Rotate your Buzz Buster toward the nock point and, as you tighten it, make sure the string is right in the middle of the bumper. That's all there is to it."

The bumper is a moldable polymer gel that can easily be replaced if it becomes worn, but in extensive testing, Roger says he has never had a properly positioned Buzz Buster wear out, even after extensive dry firing.

The Buzz Buster potentially increases arrow speed because it separates the string from the arrow nock at precisely the optimum position, the point where the string achieves maximum velocity. The Buzz Buster is not a moveable slide. It is a fixed point of contact for the bowstring and therein lies its increased effectiveness over anything else on the market.
