| After several days of hunting
thick areas and not getting any deer pictures I asked Billy Don if I could
move to an area where I had the chance to take some pictures.
He said he had just the place. The next morning he drove me to a ladderstand (a North Starr Treestand's Super Starr) on the edge of a pipeline right of way. It proved to be exactly what I was looking for and I started taking pics of buck and doe activity from first light. Every buck approached the does in the area. The larger bucks chased the younger bucks. They came from every direction and my camera was busy. I definitely nailed some pictures today. Enjoy a day in the deer woods.... |
