Jeff Hajari hunted in a ladder stand. He was the only one to go out this morning. A doe came by behind his tree. Later, he saw a huge doe approaching and recognized it to be a Reg Deer hinds. Two more were with it. A minute later a monster Red Stag showed up.

Jeff sells a video mount (Bow & Gun Camera Mount) for the bow and had his video camera and took video of the Red Stand and hinds. Here is his picture when we picked him up.

On his afternoon Jeff got a wild hog. Billy Don took Tater and the Jack Russell tracker found the hog quickly. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures. But Jeff is our first successful bowhunter of the 4th Annual bowhunt. 

Arrival Day 1

Wednesday afternoon Wade Nolan met me at my home and we drove to meet Billy Don Van Cleve at his Wild Horse Prairie Ranch where we were going to have the 4th Annual Bowhunting.net Bowhunt one more 'gin. Billy Don was already there and a short time later the inventor of the Tree Apron (and several other innovative products made for hunters), Jeff Hajari arrived. 

We all drove to Burnet, Texas and ate one heck of a bunch of mexican food at Deigo's Restaurant. Then we returned to camp and talked for a couple of hours before sacking out for the night.
