and Rules For The Free 2001 Caribou Bowhunt With James Bay Adventures

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

Entry limited to one per person, per each hunt

To enter, go to the page describing the hunt. Click
on the Link to ENTER. An Email screen will come up, the Subject line is
already filled in for you. In the body of the Email write your Name,
Address, City State and Zip Code and press SEND. Your Email goes to James
Bay Adventures.

Only Email entries will be accepted.

All entries must be received by the date listed on the page
describing the hunt. Bowhunting.Net is not responsible for any late, lost,
delayed, scrambled, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Bowhunting.Net
is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any
kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed
computer transmissions.

Each entrant will receive a free brochure by mail of the
hunts offered by James Bay Adventures.

DRAWING: All entries will be printed and one Winner
and one Alternate will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible
entries received. The drawing will be conducted the day after the deadline
date for each specific hunt. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries
received.

By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by the sweepstakes
rules as described in this section.

The Winner will be annonced on www.Bowhunting.net
and www.JamesBayAdv.com and contacted
by Email by James Bay Adventures as soon as possible after the deadline
of November 30, 2001. The Winner will be required to sign a publicity/liability
release before the hunt begins. If the winner is unable to participate
in the hunt, the free hunt will be forfeited and awarded to the Alternate
winner.

Should the Email to the winner be returned undeliverable
for whatever reason, the hunt will be forfeited. The Alternate will then
be awarded the hunt.

By accepting the hunt, the winner agrees to release Bowhunting.Net
and the hunt sponsor and its agencies from any and all liability for injuries
and/or damages or expenses of any kind sustained in connection with the
award of the free hunt, traveling to, or participating in, or any other
activity relating to the free hunt. Should there be license fees or local,
state or federal taxes on the free hunt, they are the sole responsibility
of the winner.

The Free Hunt is non-transferable by the hunt Winner or the
Alternate, nor is it redeemable for cash.

PRIZE: The Winner will receive a free bowhunt
as specified in the page describing the hunt.

The hunt takes place during the 2002 Caribou season.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S.
residents of the continental United States. Void where prohibited by law.
Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Neither Bowhunting.Net nor the hunt Sponsor are responsible
for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by internet
users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized
in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in
the processing of the entries.
