This month’s recipe shows you how to make a mouth watering Vegetable soup with the meaty addition of Venison.
Venison Vegetable Soup
2 lbs ground venison
1 chopped onion
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
2 15 oz cans veg all or mix vegetables
2 cans tomatoes, okra and corn
3 Beef Bouillon cubes
1/4 to 1/2 cabbage chopped depending on size of cabbage
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bring to a boil and simmer for an 1 hour 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Brown 2 lbs ground venison with chopped onion, drain if necessary. Then add can of crushed tomatoes, mixed vegetables, (tomatoes, okra, and corn), beef bouillon cubes. Then your cabbage and finally salt and pepper to taste.
