has joined its management staff as Executive Vice President.

Scott Shultz made the announcement that Steve Jeatran will assume the duties
and responsibilities of Executive Vice President effective March 18th,
2002. "Steve has been involved with our company for the past few
years from the world of banking and finance. His interest in our business
and his personal participation in outdoor sports combined with Robinson's
need for an experienced senior management partner resulted in the perfect
fit," confirms Shultz.
Steve, who grew up in Wisconsin enjoying the family tradition of hunting
and fishing, began his business career after graduating from Augsburg College.
His twenty-five years of banking and finance experience began in Minnesota
and included a ten year stint in Florida to develop banks and expand his
business. With wife, Chris and two college-aged children, Josh and Molly,
Steve once again resides in Minneapolis.
