Here are the highlights. A good sized boar, some hogs at night, a fat 'ol spotted hog, and wild turkeys. In the boar and wild turkey pictures the TrailTimer camera is looking at my tripod stand inside the edge of the woods, you can see one of the legs in the pictures. The rest of the pictures were taken the same night -- all wild hogs that were very similar to the second pic, so I figure it was a good thing to save you 18 pictures of faint images of wild hogs in the dark and put up just one. RESULTS: No deer got in front of the camera but it was only active one afternoon, overnight, and a few hours the next morning. I figure the buck in the pictures from August 10 is still around the Hammer Hole so I'm considering that I've located one buck here and it's time to move the TrailTimer on to check out other areas. |
